  • Complex service agreements

While we serve clients in a wide range of businesses, we have particularly significant experience in the consumer products, health care, marketing/advertising, food service and venue management industries. We take pride in gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, which enables us to provide practical solutions as well as sound legal advice.

Our involvement in a matter follows a client’s needs. In some cases, we help structure and consummate a transaction from start to finish. At other times, we may be called upon to draft and negotiate a single, complex agreement. Occasionally, a situation may call for only a quick review of a contract or term sheet to highlight significant issues for the client to consider. We also work strategically with a client’s other law firms when our specific expertise or assistance is needed with large-scale transactions.

We frequently suggest ways for clients to maximize the value of our services. For example, after we have become familiar with a client and its business, we create checklists and forms that enable it to organize and collect information before getting us involved in a particular matter. We have found that this process results in significant cost savings for clients.

On occasion, at the special request of a client, we have dispatched one of our attorneys to work on-site with the client, on a part-time basis, for up to several months at a time. This arrangement has always enriched our relationship with the client and allowed us to add additional value.
