The firm represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases for offices, retail space and mixed use buildings, construction and development agreements, and secured lending transactions.

Our clients have included lenders, not-for-profits with facility needs, retailers of luxury goods and contractors.

Representative transactions include:

• The sale and leaseback of a 100,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters building
• Nationwide and international retail leases in prestige shopping centers for premier tenants
• Commercial mortgage loans on behalf of a large regional lender
• Free-standing store development (purchase and lease) for a large non-profit client with retail operations

As counsel to a major national venue and food service management company, the firm has also negotiated operating agreements with construction and development aspects for arenas and convention centers, such as Invesco Field at Mile High and the Denver Performing Arts Center in Denver, Colorado, Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City and the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
